Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We make a concerted effort to stock high order volume items locally at Overland Industries so that we can have hands on to control the flow out the door. If you order an item that is not stocked locally it may ship from any of our warehouses (which may be much closer to you). If you are on a time crunch for your project please check in with us prior to ordering and we'll be happy to confirm availability and estimated shipping/transit time of your order.
Some items may be available to order while on back-order. This is normal and will allow you to insure that you will be first to receive your high-demand item when the next production run is complete. Due to the vastness of products available we try to update stock numbers to reflect what is currently on hand at Overland Industries but are unable to query every warehouse from our distribution network for every product so there may be some latency in stock numbers.
